Transitional Housing
WISEPlace offers transitional housing to homeless single women. Our Steps to Independence program provides safe and affordable housing, case managment, employment assistance, individual counseling, and links to community services that empower women to rebuild their lives.
Our Positive Step program assists women that have been chronically homeless. This is a second stage program for highly motivated women that have started on the road to independence.

Basic Requirements
WISEPlace serves homeless single women from throughout Orange County. Women must be:
- Single - not currently caring for children
- Drug and Alcohol Free (for a minimum of 90 days)
- Able and willing to work full-time to achieve independence
An interview with our Program Staff is required. |

How To Apply
WISEPlace conducts open interviews every Wednesday from 9:30 - 11:00 am. Appointments are not needed during this time. For additional information, please call 714-542-3577.

Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing
WISEPlace works with the City of Santa Ana to help prevent very low income single women and women with children from losing their their rental housing. WISEPlace also assits homeless women with a rapid transition back into permanent housing. Please contact 714-542-3577 ext. 120 for more information. Women must be a resident of the City of Santa Ana and meet income and program requirements. |
